Single Side: CTF High Load Drive Ball Screw |
The Single Side CTF High Load Drive Ball Screw is a technologically optimized heavy-duty transmission product developed on the basis of traditional ball screw structures, representing a further innovative extension of slide ball screw technology. Its technological upgrade value is equivalent to the classic industrial revolution of bearing friction mode changing from sliding friction to rolling friction, fundamentally solving the defects of high friction, low efficiency and poor durability of traditional sliding transmission structures. Composed of precision screw shafts, high-strength nuts and high-precision circulating steel balls, this ball screw adopts a professional single-side CTF drive structure, which is specially optimized for unilateral force-bearing and high-load driving scenarios. The optimized rolling friction structure greatly reduces mechanical friction resistance during operation, effectively improving transmission efficiency, motion accuracy and operational smoothness while maintaining super strong load-bearing capacity.
Different from ordinary symmetrical drive ball screws, the Single Side CTF High Load Drive Ball Screw features a unique single-side drive structural design, which is more targeted for equipment with unilateral stress and one-way linear drive requirements. The overall structure is reasonably arranged, with stable circulating ball operation, excellent rigidity and strong anti-deformation ability under heavy loads. It effectively avoids precision attenuation and mechanical jitter caused by long-term heavy-load operation, ensuring long-term consistent transmission accuracy and structural stability. With superior comprehensive mechanical properties, this product has become an indispensable core component for modern heavy-load industrial transmission systems.
Thanks to its unique single-side drive structure, outstanding high-load resistance and stable precision transmission performance, the Single Side CTF High Load Drive Ball Screw is widely applicable to various heavy-duty industrial equipment and precision instruments requiring unilateral driving and high-load linear motion. It is perfectly suitable for heavy-load CNC machine tools, industrial automation heavy-duty conveying equipment, large precision processing machinery, mechanical transmission systems with limited installation structure and unilateral force-bearing characteristics, and various industrial precision instruments. It can stably adapt to long-term high-load, high-frequency operating environments, meeting the high-efficiency and high-precision operation requirements of modern industrial manufacturing.
We possess decades of professional ball screw R&D and manufacturing experience, having independently developed China’s first ball screw in 1964, always maintaining a leading technical level in China’s ball screw industry. Aiming at the development trend of high-end CNC equipment and heavy-load industrial machinery, we have established a product development orientation of large size, heavy load, high speed and high precision. The Single Side CTF High Load Drive Ball Screw is one of our core independent innovative products, which, together with our high-speed precision and super-heavy-load ball screw series, forms a complete product system. All self-developed products are backed by 14 independent intellectual property patents, realizing full independent control of core design and manufacturing technologies.
In terms of processing technology, we take the lead in applying professional induction hardening heat treatment technology for ball screws, which significantly improves the surface hardness, wear resistance and overall structural stability of the Single Side CTF High Load Drive Ball Screw. In order to break through the limitations of traditional processes, we have successfully introduced world-class German high-speed hard whirling technology, completely upgrading the decades-old traditional production process. The technological upgrade greatly improves product processing precision, production efficiency and finished product quality consistency. Matched with fixed-length pre-processing technology, we effectively shorten the product lead time to 15 days, realizing fast delivery and high-quality supply for global bulk and customized orders.
Our factory has super strong full-spec production capacity to support the customized and mass production of Single Side CTF High Load Drive Ball Screws. The product parameter range covers a minimum diameter of 6mm, a minimum lead of 1mm, a maximum diameter of 245mm, and a maximum single processing length of 10m, with a maximum load capacity exceeding 125 tons. We can stably supply multiple precision grades including 1.5m P0, 2m P1, 4m P2, 5m P3 and 10m P5 grades. With complete specifications, reliable heavy-load performance and strict precision control, we are a professional all-specification ball screw manufacturer, providing reliable unilateral high-load transmission solutions for global industrial customers.
