JFZD Heavy Load Ball Screw |
Length limitation and insufficient load capacity have long been the key technical pain points restricting the production and application of large heavy-duty ball screws. The JFZD Heavy Load Ball Screw perfectly solves these industry bottlenecks through comprehensive technical breakthroughs in the whole manufacturing process. It realizes innovative upgrades in multiple core links, including optimized mechanical structure design, professional heat treatment technology, high-precision straightening processing, precise raceway forming and complete dynamic detection technology. Different from ordinary standard ball screws, this heavy-duty series adopts a exclusive multi-path large-diameter 80-ball circulation loop structure, which greatly optimizes the force-bearing structure and motion circulation system. This structural advantage enables the product to achieve an ultra-high maximum rated dynamic load of 126 tons and a maximum rated static load of 595 tons, possessing far stronger heavy-load bearing capacity and impact resistance than conventional ball screw products. It maintains stable mechanical performance under long-term heavy-load operation, effectively avoiding deformation, jitter and precision attenuation, and greatly extending the overall service life of mechanical equipment.
