DKFZD High Speed Precision Ball Screw |
The DKFZD High Speed Precision Ball Screw serves as a core motion transmission component in modern industrial systems, mainly composed of three core parts: screw shaft, nut and circulating steel balls. Its core functional advantage is realizing the mutual conversion between rotary motion and linear motion, which is a crucial upgraded extension of conventional slide ball screw structures. The technological upgrade of this ball screw product is comparable to the revolutionary shift from sliding friction to rolling friction in bearing technology, fundamentally optimizing the friction performance of motion transmission systems.
Thanks to its optimized rolling friction structure, the DKFZD high-speed precision ball screw achieves extremely low friction resistance, stable operation, high transmission efficiency and excellent motion accuracy. These superior mechanical properties make it widely applicable to all types of industrial automation equipment, precision testing instruments, CNC machine tools and other high-precision industrial scenarios, becoming a core essential component for high-end mechanical motion systems.
Our company has occupied a leading position in China’s ball screw R&D and manufacturing industry with profound technical accumulation since 1964, when we successfully developed China’s first domestic ball screw product. Focusing on the iterative upgrading and market demand of modern CNC machine tool equipment, we have established a clear product development orientation focusing on large size, heavy load, high speed and high precision. Adhering to independent technological innovation, we have independently developed two core series of new products with completely independent intellectual property rights: DKFZD end-cap type high-speed high-precision ball screw and JF/JFZD large heavy-load ball screw. Up to now, we have obtained a total of 14 patented technologies through independent research and development, technical declaration and patent licensing, realizing independent control of core product technologies.
In terms of processing and heat treatment technology, we have taken the lead in applying professional induction hardening technology for ball screw heat treatment in the industry, which effectively improves the surface hardness, wear resistance and overall processing efficiency of products. In recent years, we have comprehensively upgraded the decades-old traditional processing technology system by introducing world-class German high-speed hard whirling processing technology. The technological renovation not only greatly improves product production efficiency and finished product quality stability, but also effectively shortens the product production cycle. With the customized fixed-length pre-processing process, our product delivery cycle can be shortened to 15 days, realizing efficient and fast supply for customers.
We support full-spec customized and mass production of ball screws with ultra-wide parameter coverage. Our product range covers a minimum diameter of 6mm and a minimum lead of 1mm, with a maximum diameter of 245mm, a maximum single processing length of 10m, and a maximum bearing load exceeding 125 tons, meeting the usage requirements of diverse working conditions from small precision equipment to large heavy-duty machinery. In terms of precision grading, we can stably supply mass-standard ball screws of multiple precision levels: 1.5m P0 grade, 2m P1 grade, 4m P2 grade, 5m P3 grade and 10m P5 grade. With complete product specifications, reliable precision performance and strong production capacity, we have become a professional and authoritative full-range ball screw manufacturer in the industry.
