GZB Series-Heavy Load Roller Linear Guide |
Structure
The GZB roller heavy loading linear motion guide is a high-rigidity, high-precision linear motion component assembled with precision rails, sliding blocks, cylindrical rollers, recirculation devices, retainers, roller cages, and sealing gaskets, featuring a compact and optimized mechanical structure for industrial heavy-duty scenarios. Adopting linear roller contact instead of traditional ball point contact and a V-shaped raceway groove design, paired with finite element optimized slider structure, this linear guide delivers exceptional heavy-load capacity, strong torque resistance, and minimal structural deformation under complex working conditions.

Characteristic
Equipped with a 45° uniform contact angle between rollers and raceways, the guide achieves balanced four-directional equal load bearing performance, while the independent roller cage effectively restricts roller deflection. This structural design forms a stable lubricating oil film between rollers and the cage, eliminating direct friction between rolling elements, reducing operating heat generation, and enabling ultra-smooth, high-speed, and high-precision long-term operation with excellent overall rigidity and motion stability.




High-pressure seal
Engineered with customizable multi-stage high-pressure sealing systems, the GZB heavy-duty linear guide excels in harsh industrial environments with heavy dust, iron filings, and wood chip debris. The upgraded dust-proof steel belt sealing structure replaces conventional countersink glands, creating a fully flat rail surface that completely avoids foreign matter accumulation during sliding operation. This enhanced sealing configuration delivers superior dustproof and anti-pollution performance, supports repeated disassembly and reuse, and greatly extends the service life of the linear guide in harsh working scenarios.

Metal scraper: Used in conjunction with the end seal, large iron filings can be scraped in advance to improve the sealing effect.
End seal: end seal and guide rail contour design, peripheral lip and guide rail interference fit to ensure a good sealing effect;
At the same time, the double-layer end seal can be selected to strengthen the sealing performance.

Note:
In the table, MA, MB and MC, as shown in the figure below on the right, refer to the rated static
moment value of a slider.
LMAX in the table indicates the maximum length of a guide rail. For example, the length of the
guide rail is to be negotiated separately (it is recommended that the guide rail be installed with
holes).
For a single guide rail, if there is no special requirement, the hole distance between the two ends is equal.
L4 is the total size of the unmarked seal form, and the size changes of other seal forms refer to
P42 Table -1.
GZB series AA/AAL slide block is flange type, slide mounting hole is screw hole, lock type reference M size, lock type reference D size.
The GZB85, GZB100 and GZB125 sliding blocks are symmetrically distributed in 3 rows of mounting holes in the L, C and W directions on the top surface, with a total of 9 holes.
