Circulating Planetary Roller Screw By-Product Series |
This recirculating planetary roller screw variant stands out due to its distinctive roller motion mechanism. Its rollers combine spinning and orbital revolution with repeated axial circulation relative to the nut, a feature that differentiates it clearly from standard and inverted planetary roller screws. For standard planetary roller screw pairs, rollers produce rotation and revolution without any axial displacement relative to the nut. For inverted planetary roller screw pairs, rollers keep zero axial movement relative to the screw shaft while revolving and spinning. The special circulating axial motion design of the recirculating version enables optimized load distribution, enhanced dynamic response and stable continuous reciprocating linear motion, making it suitable for high-cycle actuation scenarios that cannot be fully satisfied by conventional planetary roller screw types.
Thanks to its unique roller circulation kinematics and reliable heavy-load transmission capability, the Recirculating Planetary Roller Screw Series serves as a premium linear drive component for high-end actuation systems. It is widely adopted in industrial servo actuators, aerospace motion mechanisms, heavy-duty automation equipment, precision test benches, and special machinery that requires high load capacity, high rigidity and frequent cyclic linear movement. It is also a preferred alternative where standard or inverted planetary roller screws cannot meet special dynamic motion requirements.
Our R&D team conducts in-depth research on the kinematic principles of different planetary roller screw structures, focusing on the motion difference among standard, recirculating and inverted types. We analyze roller trajectory, contact stress and transmission efficiency of the recirculating planetary structure to stabilize its unique cyclic motion performance. Every batch of finished assemblies undergoes strict testing including transmission efficiency inspection, dynamic motion verification, load endurance testing and precision calibration. Customized structural parameters and size specifications can be developed to match customers’ special actuation system design requirements.
Core components including the screw shaft, nut and rollers are manufactured with high-precision grinding and forming processes to guarantee accurate tooth profile matching and smooth roller circulation. Strict assembly and preload adjustment procedures are implemented to ensure stable cyclic movement of rollers. We maintain standardized production workflows for the recirculating planetary roller screw series. Standard models can be arranged for prompt shipment, while non-custom specifications can be scheduled flexibly. All finished products pass comprehensive pre-shipment quality inspection to supply dependable high-strength linear transmission parts for global industrial buyers.
